These people are fantastic. Been going to them for my vehicle needs for may years and I'm always pleased with their service. Yesterday was no different. Pulled in and they greeted me we discussed what I needed done and the car was washed and ready 15 minutes early.
My check engine light came on while we were driving home from vacation. We were able to get our ?17 XT5 in for service right away. The service was friendly and efficient. I took advantage of the loaner option because I was told the diagnostic process could take a while. Glad I did since the repair took until the next day. Always treated with friendly respect.

Isaac McGuffin was very polite and when the service was all done he told me a couple of things that needed some attention. One was that it was time for a new battery and that I would need two front tires. He was very understanding when I said that the tires would have to wait. The battery I will get in a couple of days.
Regarding my preference to use my own financing was not thourougly explained before traveling 900 miles from Houston Texas to purchase my car.

I purchased a 2022 Cadillac CT5-V in August from Todd Lee. He was fantastic to work with. Last week, I had scheduled oil change, tire rotation, 2 recalls, a fix to the pillar piece on the interior of the car as well as an estimate for a door ding (Grr). Aaron Weaver was the individual that I worked with in service and he was tremendous. He provided updates along the way and let me know that the pillar piece was actually broken and they needed to order it to replace, which would take about 1 week. He offered to let me keep the loaner vehicle I had been given while they waited for the part. A week later, Aaron called back to let me know the part had been installed. I asked about the door ding and he provided the quote and said that the body center would be able to squeeze it in the next morning. Since it was my first service, the oil change and tire rotation was complementary with the purchase of my vehicle. The recalls and pillar piece were warranty work and allowed for me to have the loaner vehicle at no cost to me. The only out-of-pocket I was responsible for was the door ding. I was very pleased with the service Cadillac provided throughout the whole process. My car was well taken care of while on the Willis Auto Campus lot. I was very happy to have Clockwork back this week! Thanks again for going above and beyond to provide amazing service to your customers!
