About a week ago my wife called Willis while driving to work because she had a low tire pressure light come o . Was told they didn’t have anything open until October 19th. When asked the scheduler spoke with the service advisor Dylan (the only one my wife will schedule with). He said to tell her to bring the car and they would fit her in. Dylan treated my wife with nothing but respect. Asked her what was going on, took the keys made and sure she had a ride to work. She went in thinking she’d be buying a new tire but they were able to just do a repair. Dylan has always been great every time he has taken care of us. Honestly he’s the only reason why we keep coming back.
Michael Jach Has taken care of my car and truck as if it was his own kept me informed at all times. Anything I wanted taken care of was. He does an excellent job. If you want things done and done right you need to take it to Willis auto campus.

Melanie Mueller was our cadillac salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and patient...she spent the entire day with us to ensure that we were happy and had the vehicle that best suited us! All the staff went out of their way to ensure our buying experience was a pleasurable , no hassle and enjoyable day...after the sale they went through the car with us and each and every defect no matter how big or small(ours were very small) were corrected to new status...a person spent an hour going over the car explaining all the features and helping with the little things like Seat memory and such....Thankyou Melanie and the staff for making this the BEST car purchase of our lives...the Willis group will have ALL of our business going forward!
