I own a 2012 Cadillac SRX. I trust only Willis Cadillac with my car. I had taken my car to other places to have it worked on thinking it would save me money but I was wrong. It not only cost me more money but more time. It was awful!! Willis has been taking very good care of my car and not expensive at all. I will forever be a customer!!

I was unable to take my wife's Cadillac for service, so I called Willis and they gladly sent out a driver to take it in. The driver was very polite and took good care of our vehicle. It was returned in sufficient time and I'm very happy with the procedure.
Two trips to the dealership and 90 minutes later (including test drive) we drove away with a new car. Very smooth process.

I needed to have my car repaired due to a recall. I didn't want to wait since the repair would take several hours so they picked up my car, made the repairs as well as a requested oil change, and brought the car back to my home. They?d also washed it and it looked great. The service people I?ve worked with have always been very courteous and professional. Their service area is also clean and well managed.
