What to Expect When You Order Your Escalade
We are excited to get you into an all-new 2025 Escalade or Escalade IQ, and it’s important to understand the process of managing your expectations. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you through each step.
- Contact Your Cadillac Salesperson
The first step is to contact a Cadillac salesperson. We can put your name on a list so we can contact you when more details are available.
- Customizing Your Build
Once we receive the final details, your salesperson will call you to determine your preferences for the options on your Escalade or Escalade IQ. This includes selecting the model, color, interior features, and any additional packages or accessories. Your salesperson will ensure all your preferences are noted and kept on record.
- Pay Deposit
We will not take a deposit until we can customize your build. Once we make your Pre-Order Reservation, you will pay a $1000 fully refundable deposit.
- Allocation-Only Process
Unlike traditional ordering processes, Cadillac operates on an allocation system. The allocation list from Cadillac is the list of vehicles that they are producing and will be sent to our region. We will work based on the allocation list to match vehicles with what you are looking for as closely as possible. We are typically successful with matching desired vehicles with guests from the association provided to us. Custom orders may become available but will come with a slightly longer wait time
- Monthly Updates
We understand waiting can be challenging, so we commit to providing you with regular updates. Once a month, your salesperson will contact you to update you on timing and any other relevant information.
- Vehicle Allocation
When a vehicle matching your build becomes available, we will notify you immediately. At this point, you will have the right to refuse the vehicle if it does not meet your expectations or preferences. If you decline the vehicle, you will retain your spot in line, ensuring you have the right of first refusal for future allocations.
- Vehicle Delivery
We will let you know when your vehicle is being built and will arrive. Once it arrives, we will prepare it for delivery!
