We had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Deenee Amodeo. She listened to our needs, advised us on options, she checked in with us and was not a high pressure sales person. When our credit union interest rate went up, because we had gone over the pre approval timeframe, Deenee worked with the finance department to beat the new interest rate. Eight days after we got our SUV someone scratched our vehicle. I worked with Conner Janning, the collision estimator, in the collision department. He was thoughtful to listen to how the damage occured. He was knowledgeable and explained that part of the job may need more than buffing out. Conner called me to review the buffed out portion to determine if I wanted more work done before doing extra work and costing more money. I was surprised at how great my SUV looks again. I am thankful for the care Conner and the rest of the staff took with my vehicle.
The team at Willis Cadillac was super helpful and nice in getting my wife into a beautiful certified preowned vehicle. While the buying process was great. The rest of the experience has been horrible. It has been over 8 weeks and I still have no title to register the vehicle. I am on my 5th transportation tag at this point with no end in sight. Last time they emailed me a blank tag so I could print them off and date them myself. After calls and emails now I get no answers. I emailed Justin last week and got a call the next day. I was told the title should be in their hands Friday the 8th. After not hearing from them I have attempted 5 phone calls an email and text message and nothing at all. I wrote a check for the vehicle in good faith and this is what a person gets? I bought the car to take my grandson on a vacation. I do not feel that driving an unregistered vehicle across country is a smart thing to do. They know the timeline and do not seem to care a bit. While the buying process was great it would be even better if I could register my vehicle and not get jerked around.

I am so impressed with Willis Cadillac’s service. My Cadillac XT5 had an issue and it was towed to the dealership on a Saturday after they were closed I received a call from Logan in the Service Center before 8am on Monday. I was surprised to hear so soon. He was so nice and friendly and he kept me updated while he contacted the warranty company and as my car was being fixed. This experience made me want to remain a Willis customer. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had with a company.

Willis always takes good care of me. Always very professional, timely & courteous. Just in for a simple oil change & tire rotation. Waited in their nice waiting room. Was done in a little over an hour. Car washed, vacuumed & interior wiped down…..and on my way.
I always have all of my maintenance and repair work on my Cadillac XT5 done at Willis Cadillac. Their service is excellent! They will always go that extra mile for me if necessary.
